• Credit account applications — if a representative sends you an application link, we collect the business and financial information needed to open and underwrite an account. This includes your federal tax identification number and sales tax identification number, the names and titles of officers and owners, banking and accounting contacts, trade references, and copies of documents you upload such as a business license and resale certificate. Where you apply for an open account, we also collect the name and home address of each personal guarantor, an electronic signature, and a Social Security number or federal identification number used to verify identity and, with your authorization, to obtain a consumer or business credit report.
